  • Consistent prefix advertisement across all sessions per region
  • 24/7/365 reachable NOC with authority to resolve incidents
  • Advance notification of maintenance affecting peering sessions
  • No default routes, no RFC1918, only legitimate prefixes

Termination Grounds

  • Non-compliance with stated requirements
  • Operational instability or security incidents
  • Strategic, technical, or business reasons
